Anxiety
I'm sure you've heard, we are the anxious generation. Anxiety has become a household word. But if you're someone who finds it is getting in the way of your daily life, holding you back? Maybe you feel very stuck in your head, in your job, in your relationships. I'd like to help you feel little less entangled by your mind's response to threat. I think you'll find it helpful.
Boundaries
Boundaries are fundamental to relationships. My skin and bones distinguish and seperate me from you. It gets a little more complicated when it comes to feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. The boundary work I do helps clients recognize their personal limits (when to say no), gain understanding around what is within their control(what can I actually change?) and helps reduce stress when you the 'responsibility' gauge is off kilter. Healthy boundaries are essential to experiencing joy and freedom in your relationships.
